Have plans to host a retreat? Looking to create a special menu for a small celebration? Going on vacation and want to bring a personal Chef? From backcountry huts, to sailboats and private islands I am happy to pack up the boat or the helicopter and adapt to any variety of locations. It brings me great joy to bring an elevated dining experience even to the most remote locations! I am available to cater for small groups of up to 30 people.
I am always happy to work with specific diets, restrictions and allergies given advance notice.
